Reyna Machida is an executive property management professional who has worked for several of the largest condominium association management firms in Hawaii.  She has managed diverse portfolios of condo properties throughout Oahu, providing oversight and guidance to association boards and its members in areas ranging from financial management, compliance, and capital improvements.  She strives to promote effective leadership and build positive relationships within homeowner associations.

Prior to her career in the property management industry, Reyna Machida served as an analyst and staff member in the offices of key Hawaii State legislators representing the Leeward and Windward communities.  While providing support on issues concerning Hawaiian Affairs, Agriculture, and Ocean & Marine resources, she gained valuable insight into the critical role of the state’s policy making process and its impact on local businesses and residents.
